RESEARCH

My research interests lie primarily in the calculus of variations, partial differential equations and geometric measure theory, with a focus on problems arising from materials science, biology and physics. In particular, I am interested in the analysis of non-convex and nonlocal constrained variational problems which result in energy-driven pattern formations.
